It has an invigorating, and **especially** hydrating formulation. However, unfortunately this product was made with **average ingredients**. It can have **negative** effects on dark circles. **Positive ingredients** in the product are: Lecithin, Stearic Acid, and Glycerol are excellent ingredients.
