DCL Active Mattifying Tonic is suitable to address **dryness**, **dullness**, **uneven texture**, and especially **acne**. It has a hydrating formulation, that is **suitable** for oily skin. However, unfortunately this product was made with **mediocre ingredients**. It can have **negative** effects on sensitive skin, redness, irritated skin, and very dry skin. **Positive ingredients** in the product are: Citric Acid, and Glycerol are excellent ingredients.
