However, it can have **negative** effects on blemishes, sensitive skin, redness, and acne. The product contains a number of **very effective** ingredients: A number of ingredients, for example Glycerol and Ceramide 3, are excellent ingredients. Butylene Glycol, and Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride are very good ingredients. However, some of the ingredients can have a **negative** effect: Glyceryl Stearate, Polysorbate 80, and Phytosphingosine may worsen fungal acne.
