ISKIN New York Pore Refining Toner is suitable to address **dullness**, **hyperpigmentation**, **uneven tone**, and **acne**. It has a cleaning, refreshing, and refining formulation, that is **suitable** for oily skin. However, unfortunately this product was made with **average ingredients**. It can have **negative** effects on redness, irritated skin, and especially very dry skin and it is **not suitable** for dry skin. **Positive ingredients** in the product are: Salix Alba, and Salicylic Acid are beta hydroxy acids (BHA), that are effective against acne and enlarged pores. Tea-tree Oil is proven to help against acne. However, some of the ingredients can be **concerning**: Salix Alba, and Salicylic Acid can worsen dry skin. Camellia Sinensis (yellow Tea) Leaf Extract can worsen oily skin.
