Olay Total Effects Whip Light as Air Moisturiser with Vitamin C & E Cream For Healthy-Looking Skin is suitable to address **hyperpigmentation**, **uneven tone**, **dark circles**, and **dullness**. It has a nurturing formulation. However, unfortunately this product was made with **mediocre ingredients**.
