Is Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner a good product?

Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is suitable to address **acne**, and **blemishes**. It has a hydrating formulation. However, unfortunately this product was made with **mediocre ingredients**. **Positive ingredients** in the product are: Arginine, and Butylene Glycol are very good ingredients. Astragalus Membranaceus Sprout Extract is an occlusive and is good to moisturize dry and very dry skin.
