This allows us to offer tailored skincare routines and products, ensuring you receive the best possible care for your skin.
Account Deletion Instructions
We value your experience and data privacy at Skin Bliss. If you decide that you would like to delete your account, please follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to Your Profile: Open the Skin Bliss app and log in to your account. Tap on the 'Profile' icon to access your personal account settings.
- Go to Settings: Within your profile, you'll find the 'Settings' option. This section allows you to manage your account details and preferences.
- Log out and log in again: account deletion is a sensitive action, this is why you need to reauthenticate yourself before you can complete it. After you log in again, repeat steps 1-2 and continue to step 4.
- Delete Your Account: Scroll down to find the 'Delete Account' option. By selecting this, you can permanently remove your account and all associated data from our systems.
Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. Once you delete your account, you will lose access to all your data, personalized routines, and any premium features you may have subscribed to.
